All sessions with One Sky Therapeutic Massage are unique and blend many, appropriate modalities to suit different individuals and their goals. For booking purposes, there are a few main categories of services.

Adaptive Massage
Enjoy a session that blends Eastern and Western bodywork modalities. These sessions can address many common goals such as relaxation, injury rehabilitation, pain management, or sports recovery. An adaptive session will be shaped to each individual's needs.
Thai Massage
Experience this ancient and unique form of bodywork that creates profound relaxation and enhanced body awareness.
These sessions will utilize rhythmic compression, acupressure, and stretches to improve functional mobility and restore well being. Depending on individual preferences and abilities these sessions can have an emphasis on meridian acupressure or lean more towards stretching.
Thai massage is like yoga, acupressure, and massage all rolled into one rejuvenating session. It's also a lot of fun!
Thai sessions are 90 or 120 minutes long.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone sessions are ideal for deep relaxation and stress reduction. As with all sessions, a hot stone massage will feature a blend of modalities but the focus will be on the use of soothing, heated stones to ease tensions.
Trauma Informed Massage
Many people experience traumatic and difficult events in the course of their lives, that can leave them feeling unsafe or alienated from their body. Therapeutic massage can be a healthy way to help build feelings of body awareness, relaxation, and trust.
Trauma informed sessions are just like Adaptive Sessions in most ways in that they are shaped to each individual but will have even more emphasis on communication and body awareness. These sessions can allow clients time to calmly and safely reconnect to themselves.

$85 for 60 minutes
$120 for 90 minutes

30 minute sessions are not available.
*One Sky Therapeutic Massage is proud to offer a Sliding Scale for reduced payment rates for 60 and 90 minute sessions. The Sliding Scale does not apply to 2hr sessions. Please feel welcome to email, so you can be sent information regarding the Sliding Scale.*
I believe that the ultimate goal of therapeutic massage is healing, so I do not charge different amounts for different modalities or add-ons like aromatherapy or cupping. Clients can trust that they're never being "sold" something and that I'm utilizing the modalities that are appropriate to the circumstances and goals.
